General Home Repairs
Genesis Home Pros is an owner-operated, plumbing-focused handyman business that handles general home repairs for homeowners across the Phoenix Valley.
General home repairs cover the everyday fixes that pile up around the house — drywall patching, door and hardware adjustments, caulking and sealing, shelving and mounting, and routine maintenance. Genesis Home Pros helps Phoenix-area homeowners knock out the list, with a focus on plumbing-adjacent work where water and fixtures meet walls and floors.
Common reasons to reach out
- Drywall holes, dents, or scuffs that need patching
- Doors that stick, drag, or won't latch
- Worn or missing caulk around tubs, sinks, and baseboards
- Shelves, mirrors, or hardware that need secure mounting
- Several small repairs you'd like handled in one visit
What to share with your request
- A list of each repair you need, with a photo per item
- The room or area where each item is located
- Any materials you already have (paint, hardware, fixtures)
- Whether any item involves water or plumbing nearby
- Your preferred timeframe
Scope and limits
General repairs cover accessible, surface-level fixes. Major remodeling, structural work, electrical, HVAC, roofing, and gas lines are outside the scope and handled by the appropriate trade.
How the estimate works
Send your list with photos. Chris reviews the items, confirms what's included, and provides an estimate — often grouping several small repairs into one visit.
